- Keep your hair clean & comb it regularly.
- Use the comb with wide teeth to comb the hair.
- Message oil on the scalp 1-2 hr before applying shampoo.
- Eat more and more green leafy vegetables & fruits for healthy hair.
- Take enough sleep (6-8 hrs)
- Drink more fluids. (but no soft drinks & alcoholic beverages)
- Regular exercise will help in increasing blood supply to hair follicle which will strengthen the hair.
