healthy hair and prevention of dandruff

  1. Keep your hair clean & comb it regularly.
  2. Use the comb with wide teeth to comb the hair.
  3. Message oil on the scalp 1-2 hr before applying shampoo.
  4. Eat more and more green leafy vegetables & fruits for healthy hair.
  5. Take enough sleep (6-8 hrs)
  6. Drink more fluids. (but no soft drinks & alcoholic beverages)
  7. Regular exercise will help in increasing blood supply to hair follicle which will strengthen the hair.
  8. Avoid using helmet/comb of the other person.
  9. Wear cap/helmet or use umbrella while going out in the afternoon in heavy sunlight.
  10. Avoid dust & vehicular exhaust exposure to hair.
  11. Use good quality shampoo regularly. Do not change the shampoo frequently.
  12. Take medical help if it is required.
